I am a professionally trained life coach who has helped a lot of people in a variety of settings throughout the years. I am also an energy healer trained in Reiki, Akashic Records, The Peace Process, and other techniques that are aimed at helping you create the life you imagine (and beyond) and get a renewed sense of self.

No problem is too big or too small if it is keeping you away from living a happy life.

Pillar 1 - Heal

If you have been feeling stressed and lost, there are most likely blocks or wounds that need to be healed before your life can propel forward. I guide you through a quick, gentle, and powerful process to release old energy that is affecting you on the emotional, mental, and/or physical levels and is keeping you stuck. Just one session will be very powerful and you will feel shifts and transformation happen right away! Unlike other techniques you might have tried, this one does not require facing your fears head on if you are not comfortable or ready.

Once some major healing has taken place, you are now ready to start creating your life on a fresh canvas. If you want to continue our work together, in subsuquent sessions we can work together to clearly define your passions and take steps toward your new bold goals, optimize your environment, set healthier boundaries while continuing your healing journey when new things come up and try to sabotage your success. Then end result is you finally living your life on YOUR terms and making decisions that benefit your wellbeing.
